- Start with clean, dry skin.
- Place the centre of the wrap underneath your chin. Position the ear openings comfortably around your ears and secure the adjustable straps over and behind your head.
- Adjust until the fit feels snug and supportive—never painfully tight.
- Wear for up to 30 minutes while awake.
- Remove immediately if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, pressure around the jaw or skin irritation.
Material & care
Soft, breathable stretch fabric with a smooth silk-touch outer finish and a comfortable inner layer.
Close the fastenings before washing. Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Lay flat and allow to air dry completely before storing.
