Shipping & Returns

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you — or a person you designated — receive the order.

To exercise this right, notify CìCì within the 14-day period by:

• using the Cancel or return your order form on our website;
• emailing hello@ciciskin.com; or
• using the Model Withdrawal Form at the bottom of this page.

After notifying CìCì, you have another 14 days to return eligible products.

Returned products should be:

• unused;
• in their original condition;
• securely packaged;
• accompanied by sufficient information to identify the order.

You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, individually sealed eye patches and other sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned after their protective hygiene seal or individual sachet has been opened, where the statutory hygiene exception applies.

Opening the shipping parcel or outer product box does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal when the individual hygiene-sealed sachets remain unopened.

Products with their individual hygiene seals intact may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.

The direct cost of a standard withdrawal return is paid by the customer.

CìCì will cover reasonable return costs when:

• the wrong product was delivered;
• the product arrived damaged;
• the product was defective;
• CìCì expressly agreed in writing to cover the costs.

Please contact customer support before returning a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

After a valid withdrawal, CìCì will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may wait until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.

When the complete order is returned under the right of withdrawal, the original standard outbound delivery cost will also be refunded.

Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method you chose do not have to be refunded.

When only part of an order is returned, the original outbound delivery cost is not normally refunded.

After CìCì issues the refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, contact hello@ciciskin.com with:

• the order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photographs where relevant.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights regarding products that do not conform to the purchase agreement.

Sale items and discounted products remain covered by the statutory right of withdrawal unless a valid legal exception applies.

If a discount depended on purchasing a minimum quantity, a specific combination or a minimum order value, the refund may be recalculated after a partial return in accordance with the clearly communicated promotion terms.

CìCì does not currently process direct exchanges unless customer support confirms otherwise.

If you want a different product, return an eligible product and place a new order.

• Orders: name, address, email, phone (if given), order and payment details — to deliver your order and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• Customer service and withdrawals: the details you send us — to handle your question, return or refund.
• Waitlist and newsletter: your email address — only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Website use: technical data such as your browser and pages visited — to keep the site working and improve it.

Legal bases: performing our contract with you, legal obligations (such as tax records), your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies) and our legitimate interest in running a secure shop.

We only share data with parties that help us run the shop: our webshop and checkout platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery carriers, email and hosting providers. They may only use your data for these services. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Customer service messages are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We use cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed with your consent. With marketing consent we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): it shares which pages you view and whether you add to cart or start checkout, together with technical data such as your IP address and browser, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads. We store your cookie choice, the date and the notice version on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ciciskin.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

All offers are without obligation. The agreement is formed when you complete payment and receive our order confirmation by email. Obvious mistakes in prices or product information do not bind us.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is made during checkout using the methods offered there.

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times shown are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel free of charge. See Shipping.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the hygiene exception for opened sealed sachets. See Returns for how it works.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Follow the directions for use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Results can vary from person to person.

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement. Report defects or complaints to hello@ciciskin.com within a reasonable time after discovering them. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

Dutch law applies. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
